As for spinning--definitely go for it. Just like any gym class, it can take trial-and-error to find an instructor that really motivates you, but it is a GREAT work out. Plus, it's easy to adjust for different fitness levels and goals. You get all the benefit of being in a group class, but you can totally individualize your work out.
Haha, I love your blog! I read the 100 things about you, (99 really - you copped out on the last one!) and we have a lot in common. Except for #57-I love American Idol. I want Simon Cowell to be my bff.
I like to take visiting friends/family to Skyline (because it's A Southwest Ohio Thing) but I never go there on my own! Have you been to Graeter's? Everyone from around here raves about it but it doesn't taste any better than any other ice cream to me.
I am the worst homebody ever, so I've pretty much only been to Cincinnati to: eat, go to the zoo, meet friends, eat, shop, eat. Ha ha! And I'm way overemphasizing the eating, too. :D

Obviously, I am a fan!
