I'm looking to move to Wilmington in the next few months and could use a little help of general living. Information on things like where to rent, buy groceries, night life, things like that would mean the world. Thanks my tacit new friend.
As for spinning--definitely go for it. Just like any gym class, it can take trial-and-error to find an instructor that really motivates you, but it is a GREAT work out. Plus, it's easy to adjust for different fitness levels and goals. You get all the benefit of being in a group class, but you can totally individualize your work out.
Obviously, I am a fan!
