About Me:
I live in Contra Costa County (CoCo), California where the weather is sunny, the nature is plentiful and the people are great. I start each day with a bike ride - instead of a cup of coffee. On the weekend I love to sit at a cafe to write or read. I am contantly driven to create, whether it be through cooking, painting or taking pictures with my iPhone. I am working towards my degree as an MFT and trying to live each day "in the moment". I wish everyone a joyful life full of gratitude!

Hey, we might intersect in the mental health world here in the Bay Area sometime. I'm getting my degree in clin psych and I work for an Alameda county agency right now. I love that you're taking the time to appreciate the moments of this place. I've recently started to try and do that, too (and of course, a blog emerged: http://threeplus.wordpress.com/, in addition to the regular blog. these things are so addictive!).
