IMPORTANT- BLOG DOMAIN NAME CHANGE

The domain name for my music blog has been changed from bambamdilla.blogspot.com to ceespan.blogspot.com. Everyone who reads my blog or has me on their friends list, make sure to change the address/visit the new address.

A few questions about Blogspot

1. How does one change their settings to allow anonymous comments?
2. Is it difficult to change your blog's appearance? How much HTML (if any) must one know?
3. Is keeping a seperate blog in this community typical, and, if so, what is their use? Should I post some of my blog posts in this community, or are such things frowned upon?
4. I need more blog friends, so what is the best way to attract other bloggers to my blog? Does Blogspot itself have any communities?

Wikipedia actually has an awesome portal on "music of Jamaica," which is where I learned that I'd been using the word "reggae" as a misnomer for quite a few years.
