About Me:

Hi, I'm Karen, a German girl in my late twenties, and this year is a year of huge changes for me. I just graduated from university and left the city I have called home for the past years. For the duration of my job search, I have moved back in with my parents (can you say difficult) in my hometown. I am hopefully going to find a good job in a beautiful city, and while this huge change is terrifying in a way, it is also so exciting! I am thrilled for a change of scenery, and for a new phase of my life to begin.

I could not live without good books, music, and my amazing friends. I enjoy a good movie and I love TV shows way too much. I leave too much of my money at Starbucks, and I would not want to go back to a life without my iPhone (I know I am such a cliché but what can you do!). I love traveling and have luckily gotten to travel quite a bit so far. I spent two years of my life living abroad to study. I also love taking pictures of beautiful things! And did I mention baking? I heart that too!

I have been blogging in some form or shape for over nine years now (only then I didn’t call it blogging) and over time it has become an indispensable part of my life. I have met so many great people through the blogging community and I wouldn’t want to miss it in my life anymore.
