PR and Spanish student at University of Minnesota. I intend on documenting my culture adventures in discovering history, over-eating, globe trotting, and overall enjoyment.

A history enthusiast, food enthusiast, and a fun enthusiast. Lucky enough to have parents with a museum membership as a kid. Also, lucky enough to have parents that made you eat all of your dinner, weather it be Mom’s tragic pasta Carbonara, a zesty Asian stir-fry, or left overs (otherwise it became breakfast).

But most of all, blessed to have a life filled with opportunity.
