I am a 2004 graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.A. in Latin and Italian. I am now working in a bookstore/coffee shop and now looking to back to school for a graduate degree.
I still love going into the bookstore, the new books smell, with freshly ground coffee; makes me wish I was still a student. Busy reading James Meek's "The People's Act of Love" - really disturbing, but good. I wish I had more time to read and write, but alas deadlines keep me pretty busy. This accursed cycle of all work and no play makes Curse Boy edgy :)
Sup, I worked in a bookstore while I put myself through varsity. It was a bitch because people don't read in South Africa. We sold a ton of books on garden birds though.
