About Me:

I am a 27 soon to be 28 year old social worker. I wanted to be a veterinarian and ended up working with the only animal I really wasn't interested in, the human. My job is thankless and exhausting and not what I had pictured, but I still kind of like it and am good at what I do. I live with my boyfriend, who can drive me batty at times, and our plethora of animals: Shadow the shepherd mix and squirrel chaser extraordinaire, Jackie the jack russell and gremlin impersonator, Charlie the broken leg kitty, Maggie the one eyed kitty, Hayley the no teeth kitty, and Spike the garage kitty. My mother has already planned our wedding and picked out names for our children. She is now in the process of finding the perfect new house for us to buy. And through it all I try to laugh and take it one day at a time.
