I'm a low-fat raw vegan and I follow the 811rv approach to this. 811rv is 80/10/10 raw vegan meaning 80% carbohydrates, 10% protein, 10% fat as written in Dr. Douglas Graham's book "The 80/10/10 diet".
I've been blogging for about 4 years, but I just started a blog specifically about 811rv. :-) It's been a really fun journey. I feel amazing!
