- I'm a woman who was struck down early in life, built herself back up from scratch, and has moved on to create a world of awareness and self-love. I speak through photos and quotations mostly, but I've been known for having a knack for words from time to time as well.
Tumbling my way through the world of eating disorders with my blog Be Whatever You Are. After a 5 year battle with my body I have been able to find comfort through recovery. My blogs are dedicated to the belief that everybody deserved to love their body, feel comfortable in their own skin, and have the ability to voice the want and need for positive body image promotions. I'm setting out to promote healthy body image in the media, at home, and in the community.
I'm all about giving those out there the tools to create active awareness within their communities and within their personal lives.

- I'm here, with my blog to shed light on a dark and dangerous subject. I am promoting a healthy ideal instead of the thin ideal the media projects for us all and I am doing that through photos, quotes, articles, and various websites. I'm not traveling, saving the world, or throwing my opinions down the throats of readers. I am here providing a save haven for those who have suffered or those who feel slightly attacked by the media. People can relate to both my story and my blog. That is what sets me apart from the rest.

Project HEAL is currently accepting applications for treatment scholarships up until January 15th.
