About Me:: My favorite color is blue. I like avacados. I am obsessed with my dogs. My two greatest enemies are the weed-whacker and our wood stove; I can't seem to manage either. I also recently discovered that I cannot hula hoop, try as I may. I love being from Ohio. My sister and I are good, good pals. I never pictured myself marrying a bald man, but I did and I honestly can't imagine it any other way. I like to grocery shop. I am a teacher yet the feeling of chalk in my hand gives me the willies. As far as my life goes, I am in the middle of a really, really good part right now. Welcome in.

How long have you been blogging:: Holy Cow, about 7 or 8 years? I started on xanga and recently graduated to blogspot!

What makes you different from other bloggers?: Honestly? Nothing, really. This is the internet and people can really be whomever or whatever they mold and squish and mash themselves into online. I never take for granted that I am NOT one of "those" people. It has to be a conscious effort on my part- to be real. To be honest. I never want to come across like I am trying too hard...like my earrings always match my shoes and my house is constantly clean. The blog is sometimes messy. I make messes.
