I’m 27, and refer to it as “being on the cusp” of 30.
I’m a Bay Area native, and proud of it.
I went to Chico State and only have one thing to say about that: “You can take the girl out of Chico - but you can never take Chico out of the girl.”
I have a dog (Maiya) and a cat (Bella), I consider them my children.
My two best friends have moved out of the state…I refer to them as my bestie (Darcy who lives in El Paso) and my BFF (Tara who lives in Seattle with her wife Nikole…but I call her Angel).
I’ve refer to my “status” as Single-ish.
I recently lost my Grandma (11.18.07), my Gma my Gramzilla…I miss her more than anything,
I’m a total wine-o and have NO problem admitting it.
I’m also a dirty dirty DIRTY Vodka Martini (on the rocks) fan, big time.
I’ll never say no to a cold beer or a vodka soda either!
I’m a “born again” firedancer…careful, wouldn’t want to burn you.
I’m deathly afraid of earthquakes and find it funny that part of my job description is to head the Business Contingency aspects of our operations. AKA — in an emergency, I’m suppose to remain calm, execute our evacuation plans and make sure everyone is taken care of! Ironic?
I’m a pseudo vegetarian, as I will ONLY eat meat if I’ve seen it cooked. Yep…you will NEVER (well, almost never) see me order meat at a resturant or eat any sort of meat that I did not witness it’s adventure from raw to well done.
I’ve been known to recycle a time or two, and by that…I don’t mean the kind that’s “good for” the Earth.
I’m brutally honest - and that will NEVER change.
I have an attitude…I can be a bitch, but at the same time I can be the nicest person you’ve ever met - hence obtaining the name “Ice Princess”.
