Hey! I had to skim through the post. I heard so much about that movie and I planned on seeing it soon. But I kinda put it on the back burner. Thanks for reminding me!

i FINALLY finished Pillars of the Earth earlier this week. It was a long read (partly because I'd only read a few pages at a time, partly because it was 1000 pages). It was good, but I was relieved it was over. Then my roommate told me there was a sequel. Sigh!

so awesome news...I might be moving to NY. The job I'm applying for is 3rd Avenue, and a few others in the same area. I've been looking at an apartment room to share rent with this other girl who lives near the lincoln center. anyways I was wondering if you wouldn't mind me inquiring about a few things from you. to be honest I've only been to NY once and I was only there for about two weeks. ole southern girl wants to be in the city, after living in Korea for so long.

hey you, it's been a while. wanting to see what you were into as of late. I'm trying to find my place back in the States in the midst of all this craziness I returned home to. How's the job search going? I don't know that it really is going for me. A bachelor's degree doesn't get you anywhere anymore, and unless you have a gazillion years of experience people won't take a chance on you. look forward to hearing from you.

it was contractual. most of them are one year contracts at the private language schools. glad to hear you're doing well. I'm back in the states now and kind of taking it easy. Eventually I too will be looking for a new job. ugh! have a fantastic day!

I'm currently reading that, as well as Hellstrom's Hive (ugh, I can't stand that book). Pillars is, indeed, a hulking book, so it's been a slow read because I can only read it for about 5 minutes a day as it's too heavy to carry to work to read during my lunch break. However, what I have read of it has been good so far. My roomie lent it to me, and said it gets a lot better, and a lot darker, as the story progresses.
