Hey Jenn! I attempted p90x for three weeks last year. I prepped by going to a month long (12 sessions) of boot camp class (because I was completely out of shape.) I stuck with the meal plan and followed the exercises best I could. During those three weeks, I lost 15 lbs! Unfortunately, I hurt my knee at work. I was not cleared to exercise again until a few months ago. It is definitely a hardcore plan, but very possible to complete with the proper support and willpower. I do not like to work out either, but after a few sessions, I find myself enjoying the burn. You'll have more energy than you thought you did, and you will feel great!, too! There are three levels to the program: lean, regular, and extreme. I will do the lean program since I need to shred fat first. You should try it!!
