Just your average self-proclaimed laid-back Buddhist, celebrating her ever new quarter-life crises with a curiously impulsive sense of panicked naivety...following her heart, even when it looks like trouble.

Blogging was something I initially started to help me sort thru emotions and get over heartbreak, but then it sorta exploded into The Laid-back Buddhist 2007-2008.

Now, I'm back for a different feel (but same heart) for blogging on tumblr, woohoo!
