I'm loving your blog.  I'm so jealous, i wish I lived in the Bay area.  I would be at SF all the time.

mahaloz for the friend request and for checking out my blog. i used to live upcountry maui too but moved to dry wailuku a few years ago. i've never been on the big island but i'm dying to go. i looked at your blog as well and read that post about the other blogger and i just had to go to her page and read it... OMG what she said made me very mad...

i hardly come across hawaii/hawaii transplant bloggers (lol unless they find me first) but a group sounds like an awesome idea... a way for us to find each other :)

Hi! Nice to hear from you. I'm a little embarrassed to have a real local read my intro to Hawaii posts, since I probably have stuff that's wrong or incomplete, but I'm glad you approve :) Yes I'm loving Hawaii, and I can't imagine what must have been wrong with that other blogger who didn't like it here. Hawaii's a special place.

Love your blog, too. Good luck with maybe applying to grad school eventually... I took two years off after graduating undergrad before coming to grad school. Just took my first midterm exam this morning, so I'll get back to you on how well it's working out ;) Well, I think they say that taking time off can be beneficial particularly if you're doing something related to what you're going to do at grad school, since it can give you a little perspective that you don't gain in classes. Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll work it out..

Looking forward to reading more :)

Mr. Goodbars are amazing! I look forward to reading your 100 list. I just added more to mine tonight. I'm going to have to look into some of the songs you listed on your blog, because we seem to have similar taste in music.
