I am a 24 yr old living and working in Manhattan. I have lost 21.5 lbs since January 2008 by following an exercise program and eating a healthy diet incorporating as many fruits, vegetables, and whole grains I can get. I also have been dabbling in veganism, but have not committed as of yet.
