Questions for all the 20SB. Who pays for the first date? Do you offer to split? Do you expect to split? What about 2 weeks into a relationship...do you still split on dates?

About Me:
I'm Kate. Single mother of one phenomenal 5 year old little boy. Daughter of two people who prove that opposites attract. And sister to one freakishly tall younger brother, who will totally kick your ass if you pick on me. I work in Real Estate advertising and office awesomeness. I'm back in college at 27 studying Finance of all things and if I can manage to drag myself through the next couple years of school I have no idea where I want that to take me. I'm slightly neurotic, consistently compulsive, brutally honest and totally spastic. I also frequently overuse the following words: "totally," "completely," "radical," "I," "me," and "my." Although those last three are probably typical of anyone blogging about themselves as I've realized that we're generally narcissistic. I live in South Texas on an island with a population of a little under 4,000 people which makes my life seem just a little crazier some days. I have big love for Target, fishing, shoes, decorating, painting, twitter, photography, cooking, writing, laughing, shoes, reading, Hemingway, blog stalking, the beach, yoga, wine, baking, chocolate, SNL, budgeting, shopping, finance, Seth Meyers, social media, meeting new people,travel and most of all hanging out with my radical little boy.

Wow! Yeah that would be so hard not to be able to tell anyone. But I completely understand why your not. July isn't that far away though (you did say July right?). And then together you will be able to tell everyone :) and celebrate!

Welcome to 20sb! Also saw your post on Military Girlfriends board. I'm a Marine Finance and my Marine is currently deployed to. I won't lie it's not easy - I say this with only one month down and 7 to go lol - but it's worth it! I wish you the best :) Check out my blog for my insight to military relationship and deployment. The best thing is having people to talk to who understand what your going thru. At least that is my opinion. If you need anything let me know :)
