I'm ALMOST 22 years old (I will be in September), college graduate in Anthropology (major) and French (minor). I'm thinking about going back to graduate school next year, anywhere but here! I LOVE to travel. I studied abroad in Paris, France, in summer 2008, also visiting the Netherlands while there; and did an archaeology dig in Fiji in summer 2009. For summer 2010, I'm currently stuck in my home state of Alabama (ugh, the belt buckle of the bible belt) but soon I'm embarking on a bit of a backpacking journey around the United Kingdom this fall. I'm only going for 2 weeks (financial reason ONLY, otherwise I would go for 2 months) but it's my first solo trip internationally and I'm super excited and a little nervous. Also, if you hadn't noticed, I like parentheses. :)
Welcome! My blog is about my project to make 1000 paper cranes, each with a different positive word, and place them in locations for people to find.
