Kimberly Lam graduated Villanova’s School of Business in 2008. She has background experience in Human Resources, Retail and Public Relations. Currently working in the cosmetics Industry, she is now involved in Strategy and CRM. Kimberly is passionate about career development amongst young women and enjoys giving advice and tips on networking. Also, formerly signed with Wilhelmina models, she loves fashion and trying to look her best (even in the workplace!). By coupling her professional experiences with her New York City lifestyle, LittleMissBusiness was launched as a lifestyle blog for young women in business who are making the transition into the workforce.

Outside of work, Kimberly is a member of The New York Junior league and received the “new member on the move” award. She is an active member of Toastmasters and in her free time she enjoys traveling, baking and the arts.
