I've been reading self help"ish" types books lately. I study psychology I have to read that shit. I hate them. Except the one I am reading now because it tells me I can drink and let's be honest I live for alcohol. Scratch that. I live for wine. Anyway it got me thinking that if these people can write books about how to look better and feel better and they barely have any credentials, then why can't I also give advice? Last weekend I was at the Hard Rock (wow that makes me sound so rock n roll and hardcore) and after 3 glasses of sangria I decided to give my bladder a rest and expel some of the urine that was pressing so heavily against it.
