Your font size/style/etc will declared in a file called...
http://laidiot.com/wp-content/themes/wp-city-vector/style.css

You need to edit that style.css file. Look for any line that begins with 'font-'.

Also, there is line-spacing and some other -spacing that might affect how close lines/letters are.
