I got the Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown DVD at Target and I LOVE it! It's great! I don't think I will ever become a full vegetarian but I do LOVE my veggies! My husband on the other hand doesn't like them at all. I must admit though, he is trying to eat healthier which is good, but he will always love his red meat (yuk). I've been making a lot more fish and chicken...I use Wild Tree Grapeseed Oil and it helps keep the chicken moist and my husband actually likes it :-)
