Currently, I am abroad in Rome, Italy for a semester and it's been one crazy experience.

I am in the process of learning to live my life simply, freely, happily, and whole-heartedly. I believe in love, human rights, goodness, and creativity. Maybe it's impossible to save to world, but I'm going to die trying.

Well with peace corps you just select your geographic prefences, but in the end they're just going to send you where they need you lol.  I've always wanted to go to Central/South America or Asia though.  I would like to go to Africa..but it scares me a little too.  Good luck with your grant and if you want to read more peace corps journals you should check out www.peacecorpsjournals.com
