I’m 22, recently finished my undergrad work, and about to embark on a brand new adventure: the 9-5 job. Although this may seem like an easy task, be warned, this means trading in my dorm room for a bedroom in my parent’s house, my five minute walk to class for a 45 minute commute in traffic, and my entire university setting for a real world perspective. On the other hand, this also means starting my life, moving away from living off of my parents (hopefully), and growing up.

What makes you different from other bloggers?
I spent my entire life preparing for the working chapter of my life and have realized, there is absolutely no way to be prepared. I'm confused, poor, and asking as many questions as possible; all of which is expressed in my blog.

Welcome to 20sb! I am in the exact same situation! Except sans the 9-5...i'm trying the self employment route. It's proven to be interesting lol. Good luck with your endeavors!
I don't know about you, but I swear 9-year-old me thought that 24-year-old me would be a lot different (know what she wanted, had an awesome job that she loved, was married, was mature, went out all the time.) I just try to remind myself that 9-year-old me didn't really know me and that I'm just a different sort of accomplished right now, you know?
Welcome Lisa! It's hard adjusting from the good life to the adult life. Haha.Growing up is both weird and fun. Good luck with it and finding your way! :)
