Inter-generational Confusion has arisen from the new found ability that Generation Y have uncovered for voicing their opinions through various forms of media.
This voice has riled the older generations into screaming at the top of their lungs to SHUT THE HELL UP!
The Inter-generational Confusion arises from a real lack of understanding from both sides as to where each generation is coming from.
Confusion Management aims to target all generations and engage in an inter-generational conversation allowing free flowing communication with the ultimate aim of Managing Confusion.
