Profile Information

Where do you live:
Houston
Relationship Status:
Single, Bored with it all
About Me:
I'm a writer, a lover of books, and a fan of politics. I am very curious by nature from the odd things surrounding my religion of preference to your love life. I think I must have been a journalist in another lifetime. If such a thing, even exists.

You should know I have a cat and I am an adamant Polar Bear supporter.

I like free things, free books, and especially free Starbucks coffee.

That's me in a nutshell. Preferably a pecan nut.
Website:

Age:
28
How long have you been blogging:
I've been blogging for a few years at LiveJournal. I recently started a blog at Blogger and I love it.
Fill in the blank: "People who like _________ will love my blog!"
People who like books and quirky anecdotes will love my blog! More important, I decided people who like to hear stories about what it's like to be a first generation X-American should get a kick out of my blog. We first generation-ers have our issues too, you know.
What makes you different from other bloggers?
I only mix in so much personal information. I have to be somewhat mysterious now.

Oh So Nifty!

I review books and update my writing progress at my personal blog. If there is ever a book you wish for me to review, drop me a line. I always make sure to transfer the review over to my Amazon account so a broader audience can have access to it. Isn't that fabulous of me?

Also, if you want to join me on MySpace send me your link and I'll add you!

Thanks for the add :) I love your blog! I love reading book too, thought I'd give reviewing a shot - once I have the time :)

How were Phillip Pullman's books? I love well-written books, by authors such as Nabokov and Gabriel Garcia Marquez, I like fantasy too...are these worth buying?

Thanks for the add! Love your blog! Your post from January 4th made me think of my own family. I'm half Hispanic and half Japanese. My dad won't touch mochi custard and eats the center only from mochi ice cream. My mom thinks enchilada sauce was created purely for her own torture. Dinners at our house are pretty interesting.

I have no idea why most of my friends have artsy icons....guess I never really noticed before....

I am actually on my second book right now (trying to make it a 3 book series). I have my mom and a few friends reading the first book now. So far good feed back - but still nervous about having people read it.
