We're a bit goofy, trying to plan a wedding on the beach for August of 09. Maybe pirate themed?? I'm sure once sanity comes back to me I'll nix that idea...
i read your blog and thought you might find the website below interesting. i got hitched in sept 2007 and we used this website to buy all of the flowers for our wedding. we got 200 long-stemmed gerber daisies for $120! since last year, the prices have increased a little, but they are still very reasonable. all you do is pick the flowers you want and then they arrive at your house (all the way from Ecuador) 2-3 days before your event. once you get them, you have to follow this set of instructions or else they will not open up before your wedding. so, while it will be a good amount of work for you (and whoever helps you) right before the big day, it will be well worth it in the end because you save hundreds of dollars! enjoy...
