I'm a law student in London. Big opera and classical (especially Baroque) music fan. Also love movies - French/European in particular. Favourite films, well: Early Peter Greenaway films, Kubrick (especially Barry Lyndon and A Clockwork Orange), Kieslowski's Three Colours Trilogy, Les 400 coups, Mouchette, Aguirre der Zorn Gottes, Batoru rowaiaru, Zatôichi, Glory to the Filmmaker!, La Tourneuse de Pages, Moolaadé, Un Giorno Perfetto, Cinema Paradiso, Un Conte de Noel, and everyone needs a classic B-movie: Assault on Precinct 13 (the original of course; the music is probably one of the most effective film scores ever written).
Yes! Canterbury! I'm actually in Michigan right now celebrating the holiday with the family and good friends. This time of year, I'm always happy to be a teacher b/c I get 2 full weeks off. You can't really beat that. Have a great holiday!
haha thanks for your bloody marvelous comments about my blog. it's so nice to know people do read and like it. and no worries, your blog obviously has great potential, the life of a law student in london must be full of ups and downs you can exploit in the blogosphere.
Nope, no cricket. And I can't remember the name of my dorm. I'm sure I've got the info buried somewhere, but I do remember that it was right around the corner from Russell Square and right across the street from a little park.
Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog! I went on a study abroad in London while I was in college. We stayed in dorms at the University of London for 6 weeks. I LOVED it! Merry Christmas to you too!

Thanks for your message! Good to know that other people besides my parents are reading my blog! Just for you I have posted a few movie reviews.
I work in media, which I suspect is probably more fun that tax :)

I'm officially going to start using the interrobang-- I had no clue such a thing even existed.
