I am a mural artist, DIY-er, and recessionista (not to mention novice skydiver, Scategories champ, dance party initiator, and chocolate addict). I began my own business, A Whim and a Wall (www.awhimandawall.com), so that I can do what I love. I specialize in children's murals and hand-painted furniture. If I'm not painting, drinking wine, or dancing to Michael Jackson (though these three collide quite often), I'm probably writing. Or possibly just watching When Harry Met Sally and consuming massive amounts of tootsie roll midgies.
Hello! Thanks for the add and the follow. Yeah, we can totally be best friends...do we have to take a blood oath or something? Because that's not sanitary.
Welcome to 20SB - I am also new around here, and look forward to checking out your blog. If you're interested, come check out mine: http://josiahsnest.com
You are all kinds of awesome. Please come and paint my house. I have nothing to offer you but I live on a wine farm and I can do the dialogue from when harry met sally...
Well, stick figures work for me...
Actually my best advice is being really active in commenting on other bloggers posts. It gives you a really good feeling of community and gets your voice out there. Plus, things like Mingle Mondays on Life of Meg and Getting to know you Sundays at Mannland5 are really helpful too. And they give you things to write about when you can't think of anything...
