About Me:

As a graduate student in architecture at University of Cincinnati and an amateur photographer, I’ve always had an interest in abandoned buildings. They can be seen as a failure of architecture and planning. There are hundreds of reasons buildings become abandoned, and hundreds of responses people can have. The “Local Architecture” blog takes examples from in and around Cincinnati, Ohio and presents a story through photography and analysis.
