And I'm new to it too hahaha. All I did was go to the Blogger dashboard (Edit Layout) and I chose to add the basic gadget that says "Picture" and I found the picture of the book I'm reading, and in the "Title Position" I put "What I'm reading", then in the part that says "Caption" I put the title of the book, and then uploaded the picture of the book. I hope this helps! :-)
