About Me:

I'm a 20something Chicago woman, an aspiring journalist, and slightly awkward. I'm a natural blonde, but not the dumb kind. I value my intelligence like nothing else. I like indie rock, Hemingway and politics just as much as Glamour Magazine, liquid eyeliner, and shopping at The Limited. I wish I had more female friends. I love planning parties, but my apartment is too small to host them. I'm great at remembering birthdays. I have a hair products addiction. I don't eat red meat. I'm cohabiting with my significant other, and I thought it would be weird, but it's not. It's not always easy, though.

Think Gilmore Girls meets Jen Lancaster, only less East Coast, more liberal, and sans Lorelai & Rory's fabulous wardrobe, which I totally wish I had.
