for those of us who love to travel or just have major wanderlust. a place to tell travel stories, give/seek advice and all that other good travel related stuff.
I'm a newlywed living and learning about life in the UK. I am American born, but spent the past four years in Canada where I met my British husband. We're still deciding where we want to settle down, but for now we call England home.
I love...cupcakes, garden gnomes, my macbook, dark chocolate, travel and travel magazines, Jack Daniels, jazz music, taking photos and editing them on the computer, cooking, the food network, Salvador Dali and M.C. Escher, tea, John Mayer, Chuck Palahniuk books, animals, my guitar (even if I can't play), horror movies, Lush, Halloween, staying in, chili cheese fries!!, my leather jacket, lazy Sunday mornings, big breakfasts, walking, horseback riding, Russian literature, but most of all...my husband x
I was living on the East coast for just over a year but then decided to switch it up and live in BC for a while. I love to snowboard and with the Olympics coming it seemed like a good time to go and enjoy the mountains.
Aw thank you! I'm off to check out yours :] Also I'm sorry you don't have a Starbucks!! I thought they were everywhere nowadays. I'll send you a red cup. It'll be empty but it's the thought that counts, haha!

Hey Ashley! Thanks a bundle for reading them!!! I know, our first 100 have finally come to a close:( So much happened in those days. It's unbelievable! I appreciate the encouragement:) I haven't decided what I want to do yet in terms of blogging further. I'll be sure to keep you posted. But in the meantime, have a wonderful day!!!
Hey, just found you in the expat community. I'm a Canadian married to a British-Bahamian (he was born in Wales, but has lived in the Bahamas for many years). We almost moved to England, but are instead in the Bahamas (for now...maybe forever...probably not).
I just checked out your blog and you will have a regular follower in me. There is something very connecting about people who have similar experiences. Glad to hear you have your residency... still waiting on mine. Good luck in the job hunt!
