About Me:
I'm a 20-something busybody teaching Language Arts in inner-city Indianapolis. I've always wanted to write, but my work ethic is awful, so here I am in Blog Land. Since I don't have the patience or time to write long pieces, I've found blogging to be the perfect way to get out enough short spurts to be satisfied for the moment. NOVEL? Maybe in the future. For now, I'll talk about random things, teach my students, take pretty pictures, and enjoy the small things.

Not going full-time is a good idea... it takes years to make a living through selling art, from what I can see.

First, you must have a fantastic product.

But the hard bit is getting it out there. You either need to have utter faith in yourself, or fantastic PR/promotion skills. You will probably need money to get things printed and framed and hanging locally too.

(If you want to sell as fine-art, that is...)
