I think I need someone standing over my shoulder at all times to just remind me to take deep breaths whenever I'm freaking out. Even though I've come to find that it doesn't really help me as much as I'd like for it to, it does calm me down at least a little bit to know that I'm trying to calm down. I'm thinking that after we're officially friends, we can start our friendship off by going to a movie or for ice cream. And then we can order ice cream cones and be all best friends-y and people will be jealous. Except don't make sexual jokes while I'm licking my ice cream cone, please, because that makes me all self-conscious and then I never actually get to enjoy the ice cream cone at all.
Your blog is coming along nicely. Even though I've never heard your voice, I can hear the narrative in your posts.
I also really respect your choice to be totally sober, not many people can actually go through with it.
