I'm a geeky archaeologist currently working as an administrator; I'm doing wage-slavery while trying to earn enough to get back to Uni to do my PhD. One day!
When I'm not working, I'm usually to be found taking photos, writing, reading, crocheting, or (a lot of the time!) pootling about on the internet.
I have a flickr account, which is where I post all my photos, but I blog at both Blogger, and Dreamwidth/Livejournal. I started using Blogger for my writing and photos as it's more accessible than LJ or Dreamwidth - for those, it's much harder to comment anonymously or without having an account. Generally I blog about my life or places I've visited - recently I've been exploring smuggler's tunnels, hidden harbours and abandoned mansions perched high on cliffs. I'm beginning to wonder if I've somehow stumbled into an Enid Blyton novel.
I was introduced to 20SB by the great Lilu of Livit, Luvit, and her posse of bloggers.
Fill in the blank: "People who like _________ will love my blog!"
Reading about other people's lives.
(Not very inventive, I'm sorry! My blog is a mix of things.)
What makes you different from other bloggers?
I'm geeky, love books and new tech, but I'm also girly - I often wear my hair plaited pigtails (or is that geeky?!), paint my nails, and love fashion and pretty dresses.
