Awkward Auditions

The most unglamorous part about being an Actor is Auditioning. It's excruciatingly stressful and frustrating and often unrewarding. And it makes you feel small and wanna-be-ish, even if you've had a career in Acting.

Casting Directors don't hide their bored expressions well ( I guess we'd all be pushed over the edge if we had to listen to the same lines day-in and day-out.)

So any acknowledgment that can be considered positive is like winning the lottery -- and the odds are about the same too.

Sigh...
