Going grocery on an empty stomach: not so good of an idea.
Going grocery on empty stomach after walking for 3o minutes: BAD, BAD, BAD IDEA!
Everything starts looking good when the stomach is growling. Even candy wrappers begin to appear scrumptous. Worse yet, the halal store was selling cow testicles which I thought were eyeballs, only until my husband pointed them out. I mean I should have figured cows don’t have big eyes like that. Those testicles started looking darn good after staring at them for a couple of minutes.
Hmmm….might just come up with a recipe inspiration for testicle meat….keep on checking back at the daily kitchen…might just surprise ya!
