The Bloggers With The Most To Say

Following & Facebook; Blogger talk

I'm feeling a bit off today. Not just mentally, but physically as well. Go on and check out my blog for more details. I'm not going to get into that. Because that'd be whinging. And last time I posted, I whinged in here and posted a happy post in blogger, so we'll swap it this time, yeah? :)

Basically, what I am here to talk about is Blogger's "Follow"-function. I'm not proud to say that I do not follow anyone. Not one single person. My blogroll is totally free of blogs (that reminds me, I have to sort out my sidebar at my "home-blog"!). But that doesn't mean that I don't read anyone. I read a LOT of blogs. Google reader says that I have 298 subscriptions, and over the last month I have read 6 493items. Yeah. That's a lot of reading for me. BUT these blogs do not include the ones I have found here and the ones I am constantly adding. So, I'm silently following these wonderful people. I listen to them day in, day out. Should I give them the public recognition of being one of their sheep? I mean, I've started commenting. I do that. I give them feedback, I tell them I luuuurve them! But should that be printed somewhere?

What do you think?

Also, do you know whether there's a nice wee application for blogger to put a facebook addy on there? I want all my bloggy friends to be my friends on facebook as well! (And I'm going to use my proper one. Mixing my bloggy friends with my face-to-face friends. Good idea/bad idea?)

xx

If you use blogger look for the facebook gadget. I must admit at first I was a little upset (like my opinion matters) that you refuse to follow other's blogs. But then I saw that you do comment on other people's blogs and that might be the best type of recognition to the blogger. Yet, when other people see how many people like that blogger's blog, they might presume that it's more interesting. I don't blame you though. It does seem a bit sheepish and maybe they should change the term from "follower" to "person who likes this".
