Lies & Lies

Saturday evening I was busy browsing the net when the phone rang. It was my boo's baby mamma and she and I are no longer on friendly terms - not that we fight either but just a hi and how are you or a wave when our eyes cross. She was calling me to find out if I was home or out with my boo-boo. I was like 'What's it to you bitch?' So I was like 'No I'm home. What's up?' She told me there's a lady wearing a red top sitting in my man's car downstairs! That shocked me speechless and I just said, 'OKKKK'. I didn't know what else to say and I was still musing on it with her running her mouth on the other end. Then boo-boo called me on my cell phone and I let it ring. So while baby momma's still chatting her own arse up I'm thinking how can he be with someone else when he's calling me; he even called me 5 minutes before SHE rang! It just doesn't add up. By now my silence kinda freaked her out and she said, 'Be careful'. I, again, said, 'OKKK' and put down the phone.

Boo-boo kept calling me without me answering. I decided I needed some fresh air - by that I meant polluting my lungs by dragging hard on my last ciggie. Off I went in the dark, where no one can see me and was enjoying - shamelessly - my ciggie. I had my cell phone on 'vibrate' by then. My pocket kept on 'moving and making noise', which I rudely ignored.

20 minutes or so later, boo-boo found me and he was greeted with silence. Long story short I eventually told him and he was INFURIATED. He had to call 2 of the people he was with that evening just to prove himself right. He and I have been on the phone on and off whilst he was away.

So why baby momma is causing trouble by lying?
