Taking the plunge

I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to write about in my blog posts, so I'll just start with an introduction.

I'm 28 and live in NYC, graduating from Michigan in 2004. I've worked at CBS College Sports, NBCSports.com and ESPN The Magazine. I am a college sports FANATIC that decided to build an entire website off the premise of, "Where Are They Now?" for former college sports stars. I left my job at ESPN The Mag a month ago to concentrate on this fulltime, and we've drawing very steady traffic. Last month we received over 53,000 unique visitors. However, MONETIZING a web site is completely new to me and I'm trying to network as much as possible to figure this out ASAP.
