I'm thinking that after we're officially friends, we can start our friendship off by going to a movie or for ice cream. And then we can order ice cream cones and be all best friends-y and people will be jealous. Except don't make sexual jokes while I'm licking my ice cream cone, please, because that makes me all self-conscious and then I never actually get to enjoy the ice cream cone at all.

As for Blog Lovin'... no you don't need to sign up... heck- I barely even use it. :) I wish there was an easier way for blogger and wordpress people to follow each other. The way I do it is I either add the blog to my "blog roll" or I just favorite the page so it's in my favorites. I'm not too sure of another way to do it sadly.

Nice! That sounds very neat. I'm with you on hating summer weather. I'm not a fan of heat... anything over 75 degrees is not okay with me. And the more rain- the better... I guess that makes me a real Washingtonian. :)
