Hey-hey fellow 20SB's !
So as the title already suggested, if you have a motto that you live by then this is the place to share it with the rest of us! :)
Personally my motto is: "Out of nothing and out of no way, a way will be made" :) Every time i feel like I am stuck at some point of my life and I can't get out .. I just remind myself of that motto and it motivates me to just carry on and try harder! :)
So as the title already suggested, if you have a motto that you live by then this is the place to share it with the rest of us! :)

When I was in high school I came across this quotation and actually painted it on my bedroom wall at my parents' home (!!!) so I would say this may qualify it as a motto? I wouldn't say it is particularly reflective of who I am today, but I do like it in the sense that it reminds me of how I was at 18 and to try to keep those ideals alive in some way!

That is amazing! And so true!!! Actually right now in a way I am feeling the same way.. in my real life situations .. I do feel often lonely and sometimes a bit even frightened what the future might bring :) but at least I know I am my own person, .. and I stand true to what I want..
.. nevertheless I need to be reminded of that. :)

That is my motto - it's a lyric off my "life song" I guess you can say. Whenever I'm really struggling with life and everything going on around me, I just hum this part and it puts things into perspective.

Yes, so true! I try live by that as well, even though sometimes I just get so exhausted of everything :) but yeah, you feel much better if you know you've put some effort into something!

Mine is "Kill them with kindness."
As a cheerleader in high school & college, there were a lot of people that didn't like me because of what I was. I came home crying one day after being hazed and my mom just said "Paige, you just have to kill them with kindness." It's been so helpful in my life.
