North Carolina bloggers!
Okay okay, obviously there's a 20sb meetup this summer, but from the looks of it, a lot of us aren't going. Chicago's not exactly near North Carolina, unfortunately.
But I thought maybe we can work on an NC meetup. I know there are a few of us in the Charlotte area, but clearly we spread out from the coast to the Asheville.

Hell yea!! I'm moving to Charlotte in 3 weeks so I'd definitely be down for a meet up if we could get some more people involved. I think it'd be lots of fun. Although I'd love to make the big meet up in Chicago I am unfortunately a giant loser and currently unemployed so the money just isn't there this year!!

I'm in Chapel Hill but I could pretty easily make the drive to Charlotte. Plus I know of a few others who are also in the RDU area.
We just need to figure out where, when, and who all can make it.

The majority of us clearly seem to be in this vicinity, but I'm sure there's a few lurking NC-bloggers who haven't seen this yet. So we'll see what happens.
But I'd be game for May/June/August, etc. (My July is CRAZY busy.)

Well, I definitely don't want to organize something and then it be a bad date for someone else, and I'd hate to say "Okay, it's in Charlotte" and then we find there's 7 bloggers we didn't know about closer to the coast.
So hopefully everyone can give some input and we can all figure it out together? I know, super lame, right?

Which would mean we would need to start putting the word out as there are probably other NC bloggers here incognito that would otherwise be left out of the fun.
I'm pretty much smack dab in the middle of the state so I'm good on location and as for time, May and July are pretty much guaranteed no-goes. June is quite honestly my best option.
And Suz just brought up a good point. Depending on the time our meetup was over, I'm not going to want to drive back here especially if it was in like Charlotte.
Sigh.

Well, I don't live IN Charlotte - 20 minutes north, which isn't a big deal - and I live by myself. So as long as nobody will kill me (please don't), whoever wants to crash is more than welcome.

I'm in Raleigh and I'd be down for a meet-up. I have a friend that lives in Charlotte so I could probably stay with her. My summer is pretty packed, but I could try to fit something in. Maybe we should start with some date options to go ahead and get it on everyone's calendar?
