Are there yoga instruction you can put on your iPod? I leave in the country, WAYYYYY in the country and yoga is a foreign activity. It would be easy to find to practice but I need the instruction. Any thoughts?

I love yoga. It brings balance to every aspect of my life. I first started doing yoga 8 years ago but didn't have a consistent practice until Fall of 2008. Now, I feel it is essential to my being.

Namaste! I do Bikram about twice a week and I LOVE it! I love what it has done for me physically, but more importantly mentally. Being a grad student in a huge city is stressful and it's 1.5 hours a day I take for myself to relax. No responding to texts, no checking email, just me :) I started a blog about my life as a grad student, but it has updates with restaurant reviews, recipes I'm attempting to learn, girly surveys and product reviews.
