I am an Exercise/Science student. I love learning about health/fitness/food and I also enjoy sharing what I know. I like making personal connections in my blog and helping people get a little healthier.
Thanks for your thoughts, I've been changing my eating, my main concern is with exercise, I work long hours, and try to fit in gym/swimming/running in when I can but sometimes I'm like uhhh...lol procrastinating, so bad. I have enough motivation I guess (well I'm getting married this Nov! hehe) So I want to look stellar haha but yeah it's like my weight's just sticking to the same number lol, but yes I'll definitely check out your blog for more ideas :D Expect some comments on them soon hehe
Hey! I love the idea of being a healthier person, well that's my NYR anyway lol but seriously if you feel you're like 10kilos more than you are, where do u think u should start? I was 52kilos start of last year and now I'm 62kg, doesn't sound much reading it back except I'm like short so the extra weight does not look good lol. Any tips? :D
