I help fabulous and successful people lead centered, balanced, and sexy lives through personalized mind and body exercises. My Unleash Your Sexy coaching sessions are designed to help you feel happy, hot, and (back) in control by shifting the way you think about yourself, while also developing positive, effective, and healthy lifestyle practices.

My master's degree in Organizational Management and my certification as an ACE Personal Trainer benefit organizations and young professionals with coaching and programs based on my research in work-life issues, organizational behavior, mind-body exercises, and fitness and nutrition management.

I am the co-founder of the online network of Performance Advantage Inc., an independent learning & development consulting firm. Our mission is to advise managers on workplace productivity and training solutions. We offer individuals and business owners e-courses and e-books developed through experience and research on organizational behaviors, work/life flexibility, and global leadership.

I am the founder of Enter: Adulthood, an online guide for young adults that shares advice and tips on career, relationship, and personal life choices to transition into the “real world.” Enter: Adulthood’s mission is to help young adults become independent, self-directed individuals with a balanced life of work, relationships, purpose, and fun.

In my former corporate life, I created and implemented advertising media plans for top clients in the consumer packaged goods, wireless telecommunications, restaurant, and sporting industries in NYC & San Diego. I served 5 years in the advertising/media industry consulting businesses on traditional & emerging communications strategies, including television, print, outdoor, radio, digital, & social media.

You're welcome! And I'll probably be back around the city in another couple weeks to see the tree with some friends. So I'll certainly be trying to do some placements around there. :) I'm not up there very often, but the train is so convenient that I've been trying to go more often. I hope you find one too!
