L: Small Turkey sandwich (Whole wheat bread, lettuce pickle and onion okay, no tomato, no condiment except mustard if you like it)
1 small yogurt (activia is good)

D:5ozs Grilled chicken (palm sized) on top of mesculine salad (light or free dressing only) no breads, rices beans or potatoes

notes: water coffee or unsweet tea only. Stay away from sugared drinks
