Which blog host gives the best layouts?

So i've been trying since forever to get tabs on my blogger account, but it seems next to impossible. But i see sooo many cute blogs out there with three columns and tabs..How cool is that? So that's where i want my blog to be.So just share, which blog domain do you think offer you the most layout options etc.See More

blogspot limits the things you can add to your page (which is why most all blogspot blogs have the same options). I think you can add a module or links thing but If you see a blogspot blog that you like you can always contact the aurthor and ask then how the do it.
