Hi lovelies. Ahh, another Monday. I am especially exhausted today. Partially due to my Pumpkin Carving Party on Hi lovelies. Ahh, another Monday. I am especially exhausted today. Partially due to my Pumpkin Carving Party on Saturday (which was a blast, by the way! Post to come soon.) Partially due to all of the unconventional exercise I've been been putting my body through. And, partially due to the dreadful combination of lack-of-sleep and lack-of-caffeine. But, that's enough whining from me. Here is my week three breakdown:
My Starting weight: 116.0 lbs
My Diet:
I managed to add chicken to a couple meals this week, so I feel like I met my protein goal. I even made this delicious homemade pot pie recipe for my party on Saturday -- Yum! However, my "cheats" list is longer this week than ever before...
